Centsible Solutions Group was founded in 2006 by Catherine White, a Chicagoland resident.

Our mission is to empower and enable a higher quality of life - enriching everyone we touch, everywhere we go, daily.  We focus on creating opportunity and providing the knowledge and motivation that empowers and enables people to increase their wealth, wellness and quality of life.

We accomplish our mission in the following ways:

For sellers we provide a quick and extremely easy way to sell their homes at a fair price without the complications and hassles of marketing it "For Sale By Owner"; or the stress of the unknowns, high cost, and slow process of selling that is more commonly experienced with a real estate agent.  Because of our expertise in selling houses quickly - even in slow and declining markets, we are able to make sellers very attractive offers that provide them with stress-relieving solutions and huge value.

For buyers we provide the opportunity to own high quality homes without the need for immediate bank qualification or large down payment.  In the current credit crisis we provide home ownership opportunities that otherwise would not exist for many, many people.

For people of all backgrounds and income levels we provide phenomenal private investment opportunities to grow wealth.  We teach people how they can actually invest their cash or retirement funds in real estate and earn more than double their current annual returns consistently with low risk.   We can work with investments as low as $10,000 on which we pay 6.5% fixed per year.  We also partner with those who have good credit but no money and provide amazing passive income opportunities.  For people with $100,000 or more in cash or IRA funds to invest, we can split profits, providing even greater returns.
